I recommend an appointment makes the process a whole lot quicker. Lady at the door taking appointments beforw anyone else & you get to wait outside of bldg. Only 2 people at a time in doorway. She is a bit mean. LOL
Somerville branch does not do licences.They only do titles and registrations. Edison is a license and testing center.
