They only take reservations for parties of 6 or more. If you call ahead, yourcwait time is less, but it is not a reservation. Also if there is a long wait, you can't take the buzzer off the property to run an errand.

Last time we went there (10/1/17) they took our reservations.
They don't take reservations but you can call ahead and they will tell you if there is a wait, about how long, and add you to the list. I have not felt the need. When we go the wait is not long.
You can call ahead or even book for parties, but they don't specifically take reservations.
