I loved Jennie who did my facials, but there cancellation policy is terrible I had to go to my back surgeon same day I had facial appt was told I could not lay flat do to severe back pain, when I called to reschedule I was told I would be charged mind you I was a monthly member so when I did not go they kept my money! I needed to reschedule do to a health issue so I cancelled my membership when I was told we had ti hire Jennie for the day which is ridiculous no one ever called me to discuss this so please beware of their monthly membership!

The massages and atmosphere are very good. The front desk is always friendly as well. They have a selection of 4-5 masseurs to choose from for pre-natal/maternity massage, which is something not too many places have. Just as with any other place, be careful to read the fine print on the membership contracts. The minimum number of months for a membership does not include the first payment.

They cancelled on me 2x. The first time I took off of work on a Friday because they were booked on the weekend. They called me a day ahead and got me in the next day. The next day comes and they cancel an hour before my appointment. They didn’t have anything else available for the rest of the weekend.
