Wheelchair accessible? Including getting into the restaurant, i.e. no double doorways, aisles wide enough, especially to restrooms?

There are much better accessible and higher quality restaurants in the area.

I eat there several times a year. There are no stairs, single door opening, and they are happy to help if and when they can. If you don't like Buffalo, don't eat there.

The rest rooms were in the hall when you first walk in. I remember them pretty normal.

Yes. When I visited, I saw someone in a wheelchair at a table.

It was pretty tight maneuvering when I ate there but I think it's possible depending on how busy it is. I wasn't to impressed with the portions though.
