I eat there several times a year. There are no stairs, single door opening, and they are happy to help if and when they can. If you don't like Buffalo, don't eat there.

It was pretty tight maneuvering when I ate there but I think it's possible depending on how busy it is. I wasn't to impressed with the portions though.
