Idk but you can probably just call them and ask. The general manager there is completely awful though and so are some of her lower-level minions. They might not give you the franchise owner's contact info. Best option is to go to the survey on your reciept and give them whatever rating you think the service deserves. If this is about complaints trust me, bad ratings make a difference as do good ones. I used to work there under different management. It was bad then and has just gotten worse, although a lot of the crew members are total sweethearts.
On the bottom of yiur receipt they give you an address for a survey. Go online and offer yiur opinion
