I enjoyed my visit. Good atmosphere, good Coffee and wonderful customer service. The location is also pretty convenient. Price for Coffee is good for what you get. Usually get iced late but not disappointed. My favorite Starbucks so far.

This one is convenient ‘ cause it’s right in Southside Bethlehem but the staff is really not all about the Starbucks experience. Typically I go to Starbucks and I provide that my name is AWESOME because when you put a great adjective on your drink as opposed to just your name it really makes it that much better. the barista (Ben)this morning asked me for my name and that’s what I gave him to which his response was that’s not your name and then he used the name on my card. So no real complaint outside of man what a grump.

Worst location ever. Walked in ordered and waited, waited, waited. Mobile orders getting picked up left and right. Others who came in after me got their orders before me. I get it was busy and not wanting to come off as rude by politely asking for an update I choose to wait some more. Ended up leaving as I was working. Thought my order didn't process, checked my app and I was charged. Busy spot with mostly college kids.
