Yes of course they do. As others stated it is law. I go there often with my kids and the water park is always clean. they have staff checking for safety all the time and if there is ever an issue they will close an attraction and clean and check the water until it is back at safe levels.
The water was crystal clear when I was there and our bathing suits smelled strongly of chlorine, so of course they do.
