You go just past the ticket purchase area, theres a building to the left, i cant remember the name of the building but you go in there, they will scan your qr codes and take pictures of each person. They will immediately issue your passes. Just a piece of advice, they initally charged us to park despite us showing them the qr code on our phone. However, we were able to get our money back from guest services (which is a different building than the season pass building). After you get the actual pass in hand, you wont have to pay for parking
Just bring the ticket to the ticket booth, show them your code and they'll take your pic and give you your pass.
1. You can print out your ticket and show them. 2. You can go to the park, go through security, pass the ticket booth before entering the park to the right is a customer help station. Wait in line and they will take you picture, sign the card, and they give you the card pass. Take the physical card pass to the entrance where everybody is waiting to get into the park, and they will swipe your card and let you in. 3. Show them the bar code on your phone. And they can scan it from there.
