I am new to the area and I am looking for a place that has good strength training equipment (squat racks, bench racks, deadlift, leg press, etc.). Also does this place mind if someone grunts and stuff during their workouts?

I don't believe they care about grunting. Just no slamming of the weights.

Lots of strength equipment including everything that you listed :) however they do have rules such as no grunting or slamming of weights

So far it's my favorite gym! I've heard plenty of grunting... I don't think they'll kick you out for something like that, unless it's excessive.
