This wasn't just your typical hotel. I think one of my favorite things about it was how friendly the staff were, and the resturants in the lobby. The breakfast and dinners there weren't just serve yourself buffets, they were legitimate restaurants. The staff even brought the food out to you. Not to mention, the food was fantastic! The pool was a little small but it was still nice. I really enjoyed the hot tub. It's a really nice place to stay for both short and long trips.

We stayed six days at this location. No one came to our room to clean it, empty trash or give fresh towels. Even after going to the front desk and requesting housekeeping. Restaurant was overpriced. We had no microwave in the room. When we inquired about getting one, we were told " we can't guarantee you'll get one. " For the amount of money spent, it did not make our trip enjoyable.

Positive: The cleanliness when we arrived. Daily cleaning did not occur unless YOU requested service. When on vacation, nobody is focused on requesting for a daily cleaning. Negative: Location in the hotel was convenient but the kid running around upstairs was ridiculous. Upon arrival the gal check in us in Sis not acknowledge us promptly. She was typing something into the computer and this took a while then after about 5-7 minutes.

Good location near highway exit and many restaurants. This is a high end area of Denver where this hotel is. Some rooms do have Mountain View’s in distance. Lobby is comfortable and spacious with a bar open in evenings. Guest internet was not working during our 2 day stay but cellular signal is strong at this location. All staff we came across were pleasant. Food prices are normal for a hotel. I paid $2.80 for a coffee. Oatmeal is $7.00 as an example. Several restaurants 5-10 minutes drive away to and bringing food back to lobby is fine. Pharmacy and grocery store are nearby also.
