Hi, Ivo! We never want our cancellation process to cause our members any distress and seek to be as transparent as possible regarding it. Cancellations can be done in person at the club you're a member of or by sending a signed letter to your home club. No need to make it certified, simply putting a letter in the mail would suffice. If you would like to have a delivery confirmation of your letter, you are welcome to send it as certified mail. We do this as we require a signature in order to cancel: pla.fit/covid19
