The trails are pretty easy, but there are a lot of uneven steps. It's very rocky and there are a lot of tree roots you have to be careful of.
Yes it has easy walking trails to very hard walking along with easy climbing to expert With a covered bridge and stream It's a well balanced place from young to old beginners to experts
Some spots can be tricky and dangerous if a good eye isn't keep on them. I did take my son there when he was a toddler. We still visit all year
