We recently picked up a wood door and a storm door for our vacation home. We ordered it months ago at a cost of $2800+. While placing the order our salesman suggested some kind of head flashing as there is nothing to protect the door from the elements. We agreed and thought it was included in our order. Upon installation we learn that the storm door’s hardware, i.e. the lever, was sold separately and the salesman never mentioned this. We specifically used Tague as we believed we would be getting superior service. We will not use them again.
