Valid ID yes..anyone over 18 can go into a recreational dispensary. Were i went 2 months ago. Enjoyed the space monkey strain.
You need photo ID showing 21+. This is a recreational only place, so you don't need a medical card.
If you mean a medical marijuana card, no, you do not. You WILL need a valid ID saying you are 21 or older, though.
