Can't rave enough about the employees and the products. Ryan is super cool and knowledgeable of the product, and Mizz B and Lala always know how to make a man's smile flutter out of his chest. They're nothing short of wonderful whenever you see them. Will recommend over and over again as a faithful regular here.

Terrible they took 200$ from me didn’t give me what I asked. Sold me a empty kart. All of them was supposed to be 1 gram they gave me 4 half grams and 1 was empty. Took them back they said u reached ur limit can’t do nothing ab it after I just bought it. After they told me to bring them back.

Typically not the kind of review I’d write, Cortez co store has great bud tenders; and we’ve always had a great experience, for years. However Friday, we went in, got 4 x 1/8s from willies reserve. Upon arrival at home, Checking out the Nug to load some up, looked great from afar, once we broke it up, there were seeds in each strain we purchased. And not just one, but hundreds of tiny immature seeds. Also, some signs of bud rot on one strain. My complaint, is with the customer service hotline, They asked to see photos, which we have shared here also, and they offered a 15$ refund, on $140 worth of product. Such a bummer That you feel that is what your customers deserve for product we can’t smoke. You obviously care more about making your money, than providing quality medicine to the people.

They have the shields over the counters/registers, disinfect ALL surfaces between customers, a very strict mask policy, and they don't allow excessive sniffing, looking, or touching of ANY product.
