There is a surface lot near by & it's not far from the Downtown Silver Spring parking decks...but I have never had trouble finding street (metered) parking.
Public garage a couple blocks up. Free after 6pm
Street parking and if you don't mind walking a few steps or a couple of blocks there are garages now what is on the other side by Metro. Another by the movie theater shopping complex at Fenton Street and a block south from Colesville Road also called Route 29. Here is other parking but driving around to get your bearings on the neighborhood to see what else you'd like to do besides just to Big Greek Cafe is your best bet. Being in Downtown Silver Spring these days gives you a change of options in parking.
Tough in SS that time of night, easy at White Flint.
