I received my flowers the day before Valentine's. The box they came in was soaking wet I almost dropped them on the floor. My husband ordered them through FTD. The water was dirty and there was something brown floating inside on the bottom …Please call the shop so we can make this right for you. We are so very sorry to hear about this and would like to rectify this with you

I tried to "share my experience" with both the florist and their partner FTD, before posting here, however, neither of their servers accepted my emails. I was disappointed when my flowers arrived for Mother's Day. They were disheveled in a cheap clear vase that still had a retail sticker on the bottom halfway peeling off. It was certainly NOT the arrangement in the RED "Love" vase that I was under the impression that I ordered by online photo or email confirmation. I could have gone to The Dollar Store and 7-11 to create a better flower gift for $50 LESS than I spent for this delivery....Signed, Angry and Sad (for my mother).
