Yes. They will hold your order. If you do not pick up Friday your order will go back into stock.
Quoting from their web site (as of 2335EDT on 5th April): “All prices shown through online ordering are only an estimate and some discounts may not appear. The price given at the dispensary is final. All orders must be picked up same day. Orders placed after 6:00pm will be available for pick up next day.”
I'm not sure how long it takes for them to fill online orders for pickup. I think they had said you can order online and pickup same day depending on when ordered. Keep in mind that the menu changes daily. I would just give them a call and ask to be sure.
