Is all of the loop open yet? Or are they still clearing trees and keeping one side closed?

As of yesterday, the southeastern section of SHADOW PINE LOOP was cordoned-off, requiring one to use the service road, to complete a loop.

I went there about a month ago and the full loop was open but they were still chopping down trees

Was up there Labor Day and the weekend before and the entire loop was open. It does look like they are still doing work up there though so I'm not sure what it looks like during regular office hours.
