Both are great
The wifi and cell worked good at the resort. It was busy and we had no problem logging on. Cell phone works great around town but not out on the road or at the Nat'l Parks. We loved staying at that rv park because you could walk to anything downtown.
We did not have problems with the wifi or cell service while staying there. The surrounding tourist attractions can be spotty for cell phone service.
