The worst carwash ever! Customer service is horrible, they are all rude and the supervisors are even more rude. No wonder emerloyes can't give good service because there leaders are as disrespectful as their employees. Thumbs down for sure!

How do I cancel my account

I think the unlimited wash thing is an unfair gimmick. Most of us don't need to wash our cars every day. But the single wash prices have been increased so high that it's cheaper to sign up for the unlimited wash even if you use it only a couple of times per month.

I totally disagree, I have been a customer for over 6 years, I'm also a unlimited customer for over 4 years. Keep in mind that it's after hours and the staff really has been there since 8am. The inside workers where probably gone anyway. Sorry bout your experience, however I WILL CONTINUE TO BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER.
