No. I don't think they even take reservations. The bar (s) are a great place to hang out while you wait for your table.

Absolutely make s reservation. They can get VERY busy. Even on a weekday.

No. Sometimes they are quite busy but you can usually greet a table.

They have a great call ahead service where you can call if you're 25mim away ONLY and they'll put you on the list. So in case it were to be busy, you knock that much time off your wait. In doing this I have never had to wait for a table for longer than 5 min.
