I know a male cat will be less expensive than a female cat. If you need help paying, ask about a payment plan, or speak with your local shelter for who they may work with.

I doubt they will give a discount. It is a terrific veterinary practice but not cheap. I don't know the price.

I would call them directly and ask them. I know they don't give discounts. If you got the cat thru an adoption process they usually give you a voucher for the cat 🙀 🐈🐱 to get neuter. I hope this helps.
