The Health is Wealth Burger(if you know then you know) you have to go and try it!!!! It is literally the best burger you will EVER taste. 100/10 I mean that!!! You have to try it.

Both, seating is limited. Great atmosphere and it is right in the center of town.
Not really the owner do what ever he wants and sometimes he don't respond the phone but still open he don't following any rules he just do whatever he want
There is plenty of free parking in the area or timed parking depending on where you park in the area. There is a parking garage a block away, unsure if it's publicly accessible.
No there is a step to get in the building if I remember correctly .no ramp very tight Inside
