Hazmat certs in CO don't have their own book, all the questions are in the CDL Manual and you can download here....I tried the link and it auto-downloads with Adobe Reader app https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/sites/default/files/DR2251.pdf But if you do want to go in person, that location is THE ONLY ONE handling Drivers Services. And yes, you can get the manual from them. Cost? I don't know. Call the number and wait on the phone. They DO answer the phones.
