I'm 17 and I bought a Wal-Mart card obviously now I know it's just the temporary one. Why will no one tell me my balance? How do I find out?

There should be a 800# on the back of the card you can call to check your cards balance. Also, your receipt from the time of purchase will have your balance. If all else fails, take your card to customer service and they will be able to scan the card and tell you your available balance.

You should be able to go to the web site on the back of the card to find out balance.
