They have a few "platters" and plates. The Boss, The VIP, Date Night, Heavyweight. They're served with fries, hushpuppies and two sauces. Their menu is viewable on their site.
They have all kinds of crab, snow.. king etc. . And shrimp and a few other things...oysters, crawfish (in season). they bring them out in a bag and you can select what seasoning you want in the bag ... I highly suggest you ask that shane be your waiter if you want good service from the time you walk in the front door at mesquite..
