How often do they have the pallets outside where everyone can grab food items?

I think its just when they get the extra food. Don't think there is a specific time. You can call and ask them. Its Galvez Community Center.

It's every first of the month

Not too sure ,I think that is something new that they started.

The pallets are not outside, the food is put inside a box, you get in line, have your Id or driver's license ready for identicafication purpose, they know who you are.....
