How can the owners of a restaurant be so ignorant of FOOD POISONING that they will claim it takes 48 to 72 hrs to manifest. It's not the flu it's POISON. FOOD POISONING according to Jhon Hopkins university only takes 30 minutes to 6 hrs to manifest.

That is a question that I want an answer for. And funny thing, I tried to go to the Health Department.... there is not one in Moffat county. So there smart guy.

That's not really a question if you got food poisoning from that restaurant go to the public health department...
