No, but you can see it. The park was closed after flood waters destroyed a bridge. I'm not sure if it ever officially reopened, but it is a nice stop on your way traveling. Not much for a destination anymore.
No. You can only get to the walkway over looking the river and the last time I was there the plants were in the way of seeing the river. My brother in a wheelchair and he still loved just rolling around on the roadway and what ever paths he could traverse.
Tricky footing at best. But you can see the falls from a safe place.
