The same amount for a regular ID and it would be better to do it online and pay for it online. They will send a receipt of your payment and you can pick it up at any of the driver's license centers in Philadelphia. You can also wait until they mail it out to you but sometimes getting it 10 business days after you got your receipt it's just a little bit better
