Are you able to climb to the top of the lighthouse? And do you need to reserve a tour of it ahead of time? Thanks

Go to the interpretive center first to get your tickets. The people in per tour is limited to 16, I believe.

Not quite but close

They take you up to just under the light. You can poke you head above the hatch to view the light, without going up. I wish you could go out on the catwalk. See my photos for the last possible look near the top.

You do not have to reserve. They do tours at scheduled times all day. Not sure how far up they take you.
