How do you get custom options on your sandwich? I was surprised on my first visit when I ordered off the menu but wasn't offered any options like oil and vinegar, salt and pepper.

Typically they will be happy to accommodate an any custom options you want, but you have to specify them yourself, when you order. Being a fast sandwich shop, they will just make the sandwich to standard specifications unless ordered to otherwise. If you order online, there are options to change most ingredients/options as well.

Q. 1 ask for them as not everyone likes the same ingredients.
