I'm interested in the jazz Festival this year! My concern is handicap access, I am mobile, however I do have a plackard abd wondered if I have to pay the extra $25.00 for early access?

I'm handicap also, they let in early access first then handicap and plus the handicap line is short and you still get excellent seats because you go before general admission
