No I don't think so. We stayed there last summer and there was a fair bit of old ones there
If you plan to be a monthly customer yes. If your just vacationing then no.
If they ACTUALLY get a chance to see it and it's in as great a shape that you say it is, you will probably have a better chance of them allowing it. Let's face it, they just DON'T want duct tape holding an RV together as it's arriving for a stay.
As long as your licence plate is good then your ok to stay there
