Park has already improved so much in the short few months with new management and maintenance. They are no longer turning a blind eye to the poor conditions that have existed here for years. Management is an every day presence. The people who have had broken down cars or a messy site have a certain amount of time to clean up or they are gone. They have already kicked out a number of people for various reasons. The cabins are being torn down also...I imagine for the less maintenance aspect and they will become additional RV sites. The decks and the skirting also have to meet certain qualifications.

I will never stay at this location ever again or any other property that is managed or affiliated with (WGP PROPERTY MANAGEMENT) While staying there I had some things go missing from outside my camper, no really anything important but it was still mine. One of my neighbors at the time overdosed on drugs, noise all night long from music to doors constantly slamming, and I have been trying for the last 3 months now to get my deposit back and it's always the same tune, " I will get everything submitted to my corporate office and get your refund to you". This is very aggravating and nothing is getting done. If I could give them no stars I would.
