Can out-of-state residents (PA) purchase a hand gun in Delaware, or do they send the gin to a registered gun dealer in the home state?

I was told by someone in the gun department at Cabelas in Christiana you can buy a long rifle in Delaware but no handguns.

I believe hand guns require ffl transfer and registration.

As long as you have a permit in PA, you should be ok in Delaware.
