Used to stop here just about every week, buy a battery for $15 that is rated at 2200 mah but won't hold a charge as long as my year old 2000 mah. Won't return the defective or cheap product. Offer store credit when the clerk knows I just bought what I needed the day before then starts speaking down to you like yours handicapped. I lost my cool because of her attitude but they lost a regular customer over $15. PS: to the owner if you read your reviews, my camera was still running so I have this whole encounter on video if you're interested.
