Why is it every Monday there is a hotel,motel washing all their sheets and wash clothes towels which doesn't allow anyone else the opportunity to do their wash. It's also illegal to wash these items here in a public laundry they are not sanitized

Stop complaining. Go somewhere else if you don't like the service.Several other self-service laundromats in Charlottesville

Didn't used to be this way. Local hotels laundry must be out of order. I had a middle washer that thankfully I started before they got there. No laws are being broken though. Get there early is your best bet on any day.

I understand your feelings but they allow industrial cleaning because they do it themselves. It's how it goes sometimes.
