Do I need to get an app to get my license still have permit
You can do an appointment on the website but they do not have appointments for now until March 4. I did made an appointment but I also went in person early in the morning. If they do not have a lot of customers with appointments they will take you in and help you.
Have to go onto the mvc website and pick a location. Then try to find a open date..
