The $7.95 carwash is all you need! Car gets a decent cleaning and it's a good wash! Would be great if they had guys drying the cars at the end of the wash it would be a great add on !

Been going here for years, always happy, I've never had an issue. I went today, and noticed the newer brushes inside the car wash, and was hopeful for an even better wash! As always, after the wash I park to wipe down the extra drips the dryer doesn't get, but my car was FILTHY! I'm assuming with everyone getting their car washed to remove all the pollen, their brushes must be caked in the stuff. It was in every door panel groove and body molding seam it could get into! I had a clean towel to wipe down my truck, by the time I was done it was black and caked with dirt. I actually threw it out. And I didn't bother talking to the employee because I didn't want a rewash, because I just spent 15 minutes getting all the dirt off my car, why would I want it put back on with another 'wash'?

Payed for the undercarriage wash, but my car was completely dry afterward, with every lawn clipping still there. They did not provide the service I paid for, and I need to pay again somewhere else. Edit: I am not talking about under the wheel wells. I am talking about the entire underside of the car. I crawled under the car while still in your parking lot, and there was not a drop of water anywhere under the car. It was totally dry. If you don't reply to the email I sent, I will contact the police for theft, and the better business bureau.
