Loved the food. Always visit a Long horn in every state I visit. Never had a problem.

I visit there at least 4x a year, I haven't had that issue. Not saying there can't be issues at time but do I've them another chance. Sorry to hear of your bad experience
Never have i had a problem there. Sorry to hear that. Was it busy? Depending on what u order is does take a while
