I purchased tickets for this event however i have no verification for my purchase other than from my bank account. Why was i not able to print some type of receipt for 4 tickets i purchased?

Sorry about that, Monica! You should have just received an email with you tickets. With our website we have to manually confirm orders before you receive an email confirmation. It's useful when we have to generate your tracking number for a wine shipment which takes time, but in this situation we understand it's a bit anxiety inducing for you. Sorry about that! Your tickets will say "August 11th" on them as well, but they are good for either day of the event. We are working with our website administrator to make changes to avoid this confusion in the future. Apologies for our website's defects at the moment, technology is not always as perfect as we'd like. Let us know if you don't receive those tickets soon! Good question! You do not need to print your tickets for entry to the festival. We have a master list of all of those who have purchased tickets on our website so you only need to present ID such as a drivers license for admittance.
