Ditto, I just order before I leave work to shorten the wait. Inside they have "clean" and "dirty" pens for signing charge slips. I've noticed all other customers wearing masks when I pick up food, which sadly I can't say is always true at some of my other restaurant choices.
Simply, I called from the parking lot and placed my order. I waited for 15 to 20 minutes as instructed, recieved my order greeted by a masked employee, and concluded the transaction. Easy peasy, considering!
