I am gluten free and I don't react to the hard shell tacos (I believe they are corn) but I do react to the chips. They welcome your letting them know about allergens - they have a sign on the counter saying to let them know if you have allergens and always answer any questions I have 😊
The hardshell tacos are made in a fryer that also fries flour tortillas so there's a possibility of cross contamination for gluten. The corn tacos are gluten free and if you're extra worried about any cross contamination they can be warmed up in the microwave if you ask :)
