Ben, the manager/ owner is a rude woman. Went there 3 years ago and she had a bad attitude. Went again twice this year. Once in March then again on April 2, 2022. She doesn’t mind taking your money though. The nail specialist, Kevin, did my nails because I like them curved but he had them looking like hoofs so this last time I asked him to take some of the curve out. Oh my, he started to get impatient with me and frustrated. Excuse me but I am paying for a service and he made me feel like I’m am supposed to allow him to do my nails the way he wants them. I won’t be back. I understand now why they don’t have a lot of customers. And I find them just a tad bit racist. I’ve lived in Glendale for over 15 years and I’ve been to a lot of nail shops. I’ve been getting my nails done for (30) years now so I know what I want and how I want to be treated as a customer and human being . Oh and for $25.00 I expect a better pedicure. I do what they did in my bathtub. Nails by US. On a scale of 1 to 10. They get a 3. I do not recommend this place. Buyer beware!!

Was in town and needed a quick mani pedi, was skeptical but wanted to give them a try. The nail techs are very nice but all their products are so old that it left my nails looking lumpy and untidy.

I had regular mani & pedi, and normal mail polish. I had 2 ladies working on my hands & feet at the same time, and they finished in less than an hour. Their work is professional & I liked the result. It cost me $40 which is great compared to others in the same street. The place isn’t fancy, but it does the job. One thing bothered me, as I was trying to make a conversation with the ladies doing my nails, the guy working on the nails of another customer would immediately turn to look at us & listen to what the employees will say to me, and they’d immediately stop talking. It’s so obvious he’s a snitch & they’re treated like slaves!! The place is too quiet. Other than that it’s all good. If you wanna tip the employees, you need to get cash.
