If I could rate this according to what I really think it would be [ - ] 100%. This company has charged me $300+ for rides I never took or ordered. I am in a city thousands of miles from home, and they keep taking the only accessible money I have. LYFT has stolen my money by fraudulently charging my debit/credit without my authorization. Due to this company's tactics of theivery, I was forced to sleep in the streets of Los Angeles and on benches, because my card declined for a hotel room after being excessively overcharged. LYFT continues to refuse to reimburse me.

The driver came to and parked at wrong address. Meanwhile I was standing for at least 10 minutes DIRECTLY IN FRONT of the gate with the numbers clearly visible from the street at my pick up address. Did not see his vehicle until it was driving away.. I complained to LYFT but, just to add insult to injury,. they charged ME a five dolllar no-show fee.. EVEN IN THE DRIVER'S REPORT, IT CLEARLY STATES THAT HE WAS PARKED AT 1226 xxx ST. WHERE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO PICK UP WAS TO HAVE BEEN AT 1230. IT WAS NIGHTTIME. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT HE WAS PARKED DOWN - THE - STREET ? AND, GUESS WHAT? THERE WAS NO ONE AT LYFT'S PHONE NUMBER TO HANDLE THE SITUATION; AND NO TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR THE FOL;KS THAT DO...A LETTER HAS TO BE WRITTEN TO THEM EXPLAINING THE SITUATION; AFTER WHICH THEY "MIGHT" GET BACK TO ME...whoopee!
