Tyler at the auburn store near super mall was absolutely incredible! He happened to be locked out of the store at opening time, as it was his first day at a new store and didn't have the key. He apologized and let us know that someone was coming to drop off a key. He was awesome, once inside the store. Friendly, customer oriented and helped us to resolve our issue. Thank you so much!!! Please give him a raise or promotion! Top notch young man.

Recently I went in and visited the Auburn location because I was having a hard time navigating my new phone. I recently switched from a Iphone to a Samsung and I was not familiar with anything on it because I have had my Iphone for so long that this was all so new to me and I have to say everyone that was at this location was so friendly and very Helpful. Mitchell was very patient with me and explained things in a simple way that I could understand which was nice. Also the other employee I believe his name was kayne was also very sweet and recommended a nice but simple case for my phone because my new one is different in size its safe to say I have almost dropped my new phone a handful of times so that was very helpful. Its safe to say I will be going to this location from now!!
