The team at this location in Auburn is awesome. They take the time to explain the service without telling you what is needed so that you can make an informed decision. They went the extra mile to make me feel like a valued customer - listening to my concerns and answering questions. Even vacuumed my floors! There was a smile from everyone at start to finish that made the wait well worth it. I will 100% be back for my next service.

Been YEARS since I visited a oil-change shop and I just drove out of Jiffy Lube Auburn a very happy customer!! I arrived first in line behind a car already being worked on. Worker came out and greeted me instantly. Once I was directed into the oil change bay you instantly surrounded by yelps and yells of the mechanics giving out directions in their secret Jiffy Lube lingo, which I found entertaining. They worked in unison like a well oiled (see what I did there?) car garage ballet team; each mechanic working on individual items on your car all while asking you questions and giving you instructions. I found the team energetic and positive which made sitting there waiting and watching them that much more pleasant. At the end of the service I was pleasantly surprised to not find that they didn't push or insist on any "extra" items or services (like back in the OLD DAYS) on you. They simply explained all services available and made just simple suggestions or recommendations to you "as needed" for future visits. After that, I was directed right out of the garage and I was done! QUICK, SIMPLE, EASY. (Definitely not like the oil-change days of old!!). Thank you JL Team you guys did excellent! Keep up the good work! Highly recommended for ANYONE in the area needing an oil change!! (HINT: FIND THAT COUPON ON THEIR WEBSITE!!)

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. No issues and they clearly knew what they where doing. Plus it was nice to not have to get out of my car and only took 20 min. Overall excellent work and I will be returning.

I've been going here for the past few years for oil and think the location is super convenient on/off Hwy 18 and the service has been great. It's not rocket science. Any service biz that stayed open through COVID gets my appreciation and repeat business.
