Very rude receptionist. Dropped the trailer a day before to get loaded. Came next morning and they said that the load got canceled due to no freight. Horrible experience! Never coming back!!

Гандоны! Update! They hold me more than 40 hours after my appointment time. Even if the trailer empty you can’t hook it and leave the facility. Yard dog says you have to go to the office tell dispatch that’s your trailer is empty and they pull it away and than you can hook it. I already hook the trailer and pull up from the dock, they tell me park it and back in. This is the highest level of stupidity!!! Drop trailer at 18:48 Appointment 22:00/ XPO dispatch says it should be empty at 06:00 a.m. next morning. Check trailer at 05:30 a.m. next morning, nobody touch it. Staff very rude, everyone without mask, but they don’t serve without mask, they sit in another room and speak thru the speaker. Security guard rough, tried to ask something, her first answer was: you wanna teach me do my job?! Whaaat?! She said they have 24 hours out trailer as a hostage.

We had a mailbox scheduled to be delivered on 1/11. I was then told there was a delay with the off loading and that it would not be delivered on 1/12, which is fine and completely understandable. After checking our tracking history there was a notation that stated I needed to call and schedule a delivery time. I called the office where the package was, I explained that online it said that I needed to call to scheduled delivery. I was told that they don't schedule deliveries, packages just go out when they go out, but it would definitely be delivered by Friday 1/14. 3:30pm on Friday rolls around and I call to check on the time it would be delivered, and I am told that they they were short handed and it didn't get to go out. Then I was told it would be delivered on Monday 1/17 for sure. I call first thing on Monday to confirm, and I get told that it has been there and ready since Wednesday last week, they have just been waiting for me to call to schedule a time for them to deliver it. Such an unprofessional, and unhelpful experience.
